Popping up in Durham for one morning only — Andrew Ullom brings his pastries and breads from Union Special Bread in Raleigh to the Coffee Shop at The Durham. Formerly the executive pastry chef for Ashley Christensen’s restaurants, Andrew and team create sweet and savory pastries with inventive flavor combinations and sourdough breads made with locally-milled flour and a single whole-wheat natural sponge.
Join us in the Coffee Shop from 10am-noon, and pair your treats with Counter Culture Coffee, fresh-squeezed juices, and teas from the Coffee Shop.
