Monday, November 1- Sunday, November 7, we will join restaurants all over the Triangle highlighting vegan dishes for Triangle Vegan Restaurant Week. We always strive to incorporate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options on our menus, so we are excited about this opportunity to focus on vegan dishes.
We will offer a three-course prix fixe vegan menu that will be available during dinner hours Thursday, November 4th– Saturday, November 6th in The Restaurant. Throughout the week The Roof and The Restaurant will feature vegan specials for breakfast, lunch, and Rooftop snacks.
Reservations are not required but are encouraged for dinner.
Prix Fixe Menu for The Restaurant Thursday-Saturday:
$35 per person 3 courses not including beverages, tax, and 20% gratuity
Appetizer: Crispy butternut squash taquitos with black beans & salsa verde & roja
Entrée: Winter Squash Birria with crispy chickpeas, cilantro & radish
Dessert: by Executive Pastry Chef Kelsey LeGaux (details coming soon)
