Cocktail Hour 6-7pm // Discussion 7-9pm
Please join us on the Mezzanine at 6 pm Friday, Dec. 16 as Nigerian chef and writer Tunde Wey presents a discussion based on his dinner series, Blackness in America. Wey’s events provide a setting for black discourse. The conversations, sometimes uncomfortable and always cathartic, offer up a challenge to people of all backgrounds and races to assert their identity by talking about their experiences and perspectives freely.
6-7pm: Cocktail hour with passed snacks
7-9pm: Discussion
This event is open to the public with no fee for entry. Space is limited, so please RSVP here. It is presented in partnership with CEFS Racial Equality in the Food System Initiative.
