🍹 Ruby Spritzer
A refreshing mix of Lyre’s Italian Orange, *Falernum, lime, and Orange Blossom Water, topped with seltzer. Served over ice with a lime wheel. (*Contains nuts)

🍐 Pear & Honey Shrub
Pear purée, honey, and apple cider vinegar come together with bubbly seltzer. Served over crushed ice and garnished with sage.

🌺 Jamaica
Hibiscus tea infused with cinnamon, poured over ice and finished with fresh mint. Simple, aromatic, and satisfying.

Zesty Ginger
A sparkling blend of grape and apple cider with ginger, lemon, and pineapple. Served in a champagne flute with candied ginger.

🚶 The Traveler
Anise, cranberry, and lemon peel syrup paired with *orgeat, lemon juice, and soda. Garnished with cranberries and lemon peel. (*Contains nuts)

Jalapeño and Fresno peppers infused with rosemary, coconut water, and lime. Finished with a lime twist.
