Welcome 2025 with an elegant New Year’s Eve dinner at The Durham Hotel. Join us on Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 5 PM-10 PM in the Restaurant for a $95 prix fixe menu featuring three thoughtful courses inspired by seasonal flavors and locally sourced ingredients.

Begin your evening with starters like Hamachi Crudo with Caviar or a Savory Black Truffle Crème Brûlée. For your entrée, choose from dishes like Szechuan-Blood Orange Glazed Duck Breast, Banana Leaf-Wrapped Fish with Forbidden Black Rice, or Root Beer Braised Short Rib with Black Truffle Spaetzle. Conclude your meal on a sweet note with dessert options like Tiramisu, Chocolate Crémeux, or Pomegranate Champagne Sorbet. Dinner does not include beverages, tax, or a 20% automatic gratuity. Take the elevator home at the end of the night with our New Year’s Eve Room Package. You’ll receive a bottle of bubbly sent to your room upon arrival, guaranteed access to the Roof, and a complimentary Bloody Mary or Mimosa in the Restaurant on New Year’s Day morning (reservations for New Year’s Day Brunch must be made separately).
