Have you ever wished you could taste the dishes you see on Top Chef? Here’s your chance! We’re thrilled to host a six-course pop-up dinner at the Restaurant at The Durham with Top Chef finalist and Durham’s own Savannah Miller, Chef de Cuisine at M Tempura on Friday, November 22. ⁠

Chef Miller brings a globally inspired menu rooted in her deep appreciation for ingredients and collaboration with NC’s dedicated farmers and makers. The six-course menu will feature highlights like Hamachi Crudo, Grilled Octopus with preserved eggplant vinaigrette, and her signature Golden Milk Mousse, inspired by her acclaimed Top Chef creation.
