The Durham is a New American restaurant led by a diverse collaborative of cooks and service staff who bring their individual experiences and passion to our guests each day. The menu features the best of North Carolina: pasture-raised meats, seafood caught off the coast, and seasonal vegetables from a host of local farmers. We have increased safety and sanitation measures for all of our staff and guests to ensure that everyone at The Durham is following the guidance of the CDC. We have removed tables to allow for safe spacing, and all of our guests will receive a wellness check to include a contactless temperature check upon arrival.
